UK DELIVERY INFO
Good news, as a customer of Meladrip you’re entitled to our standard free delivery service. Standard delivery
operated weekdays Mon – Fri. To ensure you get all your goods before the weekend please place your order by
Tuesday 12pm to receive by Friday.
All UK orders take approx 3-4 working days to arrive, We use a sign for and track delivery service and all items
are insured whilst in transit. We can deliver to a home or work address but please make sure somebody is
available to accept delivery as a signature is required.If you are not present for the first delivery attempt a second
delivery will be arranged, or you must follow your local post office instructions.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY
Need that item asap? Then the next working day delivery needs to be placed by 3.00pm to be received the
following working day.
Next day delivery costs 7.99GBP.
Next day delivery is only for the next working day, so if you’ve placed an order on Friday or the weekend, then
you’ll receive it on the following Tuesday.
Please note any orders placed on bank holidays and public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day
and delivered to the customer the following day
SATURDAY DELIVERY
Saturday delivery is delivered on the first Saturday after the order is placed. Orders must be placed on or before
Friday by 3:00pm to be delivered on Saturday.
Saturday delivery costs 10GBP.
EUROPE
Due to recent changes implemented since the UK left the EU on 31st December 2020, our customers in Europe
may have to pay Import Duty and taxes on their orders. This may happen before your delivery arrives, or it may
be claimed directly by your delivery driver. These taxes are added by European countries and are out of the
control of Meladrip. If you refuse a parcel for that reason, the shipping fees will be deducted from any refund.
Unfortunately, in light of Russian customs restrictions on all dutiable shipments sent to private individuals our
courier cannot deliver to Russia. We are sorry and will update with more information as soon as the situation
changes.
INTERNATIONAL (REST OF THE WORLD) DELIVERY INFO
Good news as a Meladrip customer we can deliver your items between Mon- Fri.
Reliability is key, which is why we use a signed-for delivery service.
Please make sure you or someone you know will be present either at a home or work address to accept your
delivery. If no-one is in we’ll make sure we leave a card so that a re-delivery can be arranged, or you can collect
from the depot.
For both free and paid deliveries, you will need to make sure that you cover any ongoing customs or taxes costs
should any be incurred when shipping to your destination. At Meladrip we do our best to deliver within the stated
time, however we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination
country.
Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the
return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.
We try our best to get deliveries out to you on time, but sometimes international deliveries can take longer than
expected.

* Please note that customs policies and import duties vary widely for international orders outside of the USA &
UK. We will try our hardest to make sure there are no customs fees on all orders, however we can not be held
responsible for custom and import duties. Your local customs office can assist with any customs duties.
RETURNS
Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so here at Meladrip we’re happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn
and still fitted with all security tags and labels. All customers have 14 days from the shipment date to return or
exchange your purchase.
● You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.
● They must be in original condition
● For clothing, unwashed and unworn, undamaged
● Free of makeup, pet hairs, deodorant and perfumeIn the original packaging, with tags and ribbon intact
● Original labels attached and not damaged/ tampered with.
It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Meladrip when sent back, so we suggest using your
local post office for the best service and tracking ID.
Luckily, our return instructions on the returns sheet enclosed with your delivery makes sending it back hassle
free. Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 14 days of receipt.
Some items are not eligible for a return or refund, but don’t worry. We make sure our designs clearly state this for
you.
Payments will be credited back to the original purchaser’s credit card. Returns for refund are processed within
2-3 working days of receiving the item. Please note SALE items can not be returned or exchanged.
Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time.
This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we
are unable to amend this.
We continue to offer delivery worldwide, however, the current COVID-19 pandemic may cause delays of up to 5
